At AuraMé, we take great pride in crafting jewellery that is personal, meaningful, and made with the highest standards of quality. Every piece is created to reflect your unique story — and we want you to love what you receive.
Our Policy
- Personalized Orders: Once your order is placed, our production begins within the hour to meet dispatch timelines. As a result, refunds are not eligible for personalized items under any circumstances.
- Non-Personalized & Customized Items: These are also non-refundable unless the product you receive is damaged or defective. Please note this exception does not apply to chains.
- Unboxing Proof Required: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing from your order, an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is required to process your claim.
Once your return is approved and the product is received by our team, any eligible refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
Important: If more than 2 working days have passed since the delivery of your order, we will not be able to process any return, exchange, or refund requests.
